CEAL greatly cares about after sales service. Quick and efficient service is guaranteed in case of a fault to your equipment regardless of your location. Ceal operates a full nationwide routine maintenance and emergency breakdown service, with guaranteed response to call out times. A complete set of spare parts is kept in stock and all necessary instruments are found in-house for accurate diagnostics of faults.
After sales Regional service
Even in the international division CEAL pays very close attention to it’s after sales service. The team is made up of qualified and professional individuals who are prepared to resolve a client's problem and organise assistance abroad or send the necessary replacement parts to the required destination. A good stock of components is available in-house to draw upon, and an excellent support system exists with our main suppliers to coordinate the most urgent requests.
